counseling through a social work lens
Counseling is a space where you can talk openly with someone who listens without judgment and helps you start making sense of what you're experiencing.
All of our clinicians are licensed clinical social workers, which means we see the whole person — not just what's happening inside your mind, but what's happening around you too. We practice cultural humility, holding space for the full complexity of who you are, including the ways that race, class, gender, and culture shape your experience.
We draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed practices, art therapy, and mindfulness-based strategies — always tailored to what works best for you.
Whatever brings you here, we're glad you came.

teens and parenting
Being a teenager today is hard. Between school pressure, social stress, identity questions, and the weight of a world that moves fast, a lot of teens find themselves feeling anxious, disconnected, or just not okay — and not sure how to say so.
We work with teens to create a space that's genuinely theirs — no lectures, no agendas, just honest support and real tools for navigating life. We also work with parents who want to better understand what their teen is going through and how to show up for them in meaningful ways.

We also love working with parents of teens and young adults as the transition through adolescence into young adulthood can be challenging for parents as well.
Whether your family is dealing with anxiety, depression, behavioral changes, or simply a teen who needs someone safe to talk to, we're here to help.

college students and young adults
The years between 18 and 30 can feel equal parts exciting and completely overwhelming. You're figuring out who you are, what you want, and how to build a life — often while managing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or the pressure to have it all together.
We love working with college students and young adults because this season of life, as hard as it can be, is also full of possibility. Online counseling makes it easy to fit therapy into a busy schedule, wherever you are. You don't have to wait until things get worse to ask for support.

LGBTQIA+ AFFIRMING CARE
Finding a therapist who truly gets it — who doesn't need you to explain or justify your identity before you can get to the real work — makes all the difference.
Our entire team is LGBTQIA+ affirming. That means you can show up here fully as yourself. We understand the unique mental health challenges that come with navigating identity, coming out, family dynamics, discrimination, and a world that doesn't always make space for you. We also understand that being LGBTQIA+ is not the problem — and we'll never treat it like one.
This is a safe, celebratory, judgment-free space for every identity and experience within the LGBTQIA+ community.

ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION
Anxiety and depression are two of the most common mental health struggles people face — and two of the most treatable. Yet so many people spend years just getting by, not realizing how much better life can feel with the right support.
Whether you're dealing with constant worry, low motivation, panic, persistent sadness, or a combination of all of the above, our therapists are experienced in helping people find relief and rebuild a sense of hope. We use evidence-based approaches like CBT and DBT alongside mindfulness tools to help you understand your patterns and develop skills that carry you through both the hard days and the good ones.
You deserve to feel like yourself again.

CHRONIC ILLNESS AND CARETAKING
Living with a chronic illness — or caring for someone who does — takes a toll that most people around you may not fully understand. The grief, the uncertainty, the exhaustion, the way your world quietly reshapes itself around something you never asked for. It's a lot to carry.
Our therapists have specialized experience supporting people navigating chronic illness, disability, and the complex emotional landscape that comes with it. We also deeply value the caretakers — the partners, parents, and family members who give so much of themselves and often put their own needs last.
You matter too. Your mental health matters too. We're here for all of it.

Finding a therapist who understands your culture, your language, and your story can make all the difference. We offer counseling in both Spanish and English — because healing should never require you to leave any part of yourself at the door.

AUTISM AND NEURODIVERGENCE
Neurodivergent people — including those with autism, ADHD, OCD, and other forms of cognitive difference — deserve mental health care that actually understands how their minds work. Not therapy that tries to fit you into a neurotypical mold, but support that meets you where you are and builds from your strengths.

Our clinicians are experienced in working with neurodivergent teens and adults, offering a space that is patient, flexible, and genuinely affirming. We help clients navigate anxiety, social challenges, emotional regulation, and the very real impact of living in a world not always designed with you in mind.

You are not broken. You are different in ways that have value — and we see that.

LIFE TRANSITIONS
As we move through life we will experience many different transitions. Sometimes these transitions are wanted and planned for and sometimes they are not. Either way it is a stressful time in our lives and talking to a therapist can be a grounding experience when we are in the midst of change.
